The plan for the smaller venue is to open America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses at the space next to Ulta Beauty. This eyewear chain already has a store within Seattle city limits, as well as several in the greater metropolitan area.
A Ross Dress For Less outlet is slated to open in the larger venue. It is supposed to replace the former Barnes & Nobles store right next to Target.
